My Life Thus Far…

At the core of everything I do, I am a strategist who leverages capital and communication to provide companies doing good in the world with the resources they need to expand their impact. To do so, I wear several hats: investment banker, accredited investor, founder, advisor, and operator. I hold FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses, and I have worked with global funds, corporates, family offices, and institutional investors on capital formation and strategic transactions.

With more than 15 years of international strategic experience, I have led billion-dollar M&A and enterprise-transformation programs for FT100 and FT500 companies, helped launch technology and service-based unicorns, and advised founders building innovation and systems-level change across North America, South America, Europe, Africa, Asia, Oceania, and the Middle East.

I have founded and advised ventures across sustainability, climate, impact, deep tech, AI, fintech, biotech, health, longevity, psychedelics, consumer products, and digital transformation.

I secured investment on Dragons’ Den, received the AI for Good Prize, and developed partnerships with institutions including the NHS, the University of Waterloo, the University of Portsmouth, and the University of Surrey. My work has appeared in hundreds of publications and media outlets, including the BBC, ABC, Vogue, the Los Angeles Times, Gizmodo, and Showtime. I was also the subject of a documentary produced by TV Tokyo.

Earlier in my career, I contributed to major strategic programs for Pfizer, the New York Stock Exchange, AIG, BNP Paribas, Bank of America, and BP. I held strategy and leadership roles at JPMorgan Private Bank, Accenture, Kurt Salmon, Founders Intelligence, and Crimson Education, and founded ventures including Meta Strategy, Y42, Satori, and Nosy.

I was born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. At 13, I received a scholarship to attend a science and technology school in San Francisco. After skipping two grades, I graduated from high school at 17 and completed a double major at Columbia University in five semesters, graduating at 20.

During that period, I became fluent in Mandarin, Italian, and Spanish. I now retain comprehension far more reliably than vocabulary. At 24, I completed a postgraduate degree in Differential Psychology at the University of Edinburgh, studying the psychological characteristics that make individuals distinct.

Beyond business, I have worked internationally as a fashion model represented by Elite. I am also a mixed-media visual artist whose work has been exhibited in global capitals and featured in notable hotels and venues across New York City.

My intellectual interests revolve around the four Ps: Physics, Philosophy, Psychology, and Psychedelics. Stoicism most closely describes the principles by which I live.

I am passionate about art, fashion, architecture, design, and aesthetics, and I am an adrenaline junkie—so the answer is generally yes to any extreme sport other than BASE jumping. In my spare time, I weightlift, box, biohack, practice calisthenics, and create whenever possible.

I live to learn and have deliberately architected my life around exploring the world, studying cultures beyond conventional paths, and experiencing this existence as fully as possible.
