Collaboration Framework
My approach to Strategy, Capital, and Collaboration.
How I See The World
My cognition is visual, spatial, and structural (a form of synesthesia).
In my mind’s eye, I see multidimensional relationships — distances, hierarchies, and conceptual structures — before translating them into language. When communicating, I chose the layer of analysis that will be most useful to you and synthesize what I see into linear thought.
In practice, this means I track not only the ideas being discussed, but the underlying systems shaping them across micro and macro scales, inherently from first principles.
For example, a person’s word choice is much more than the word itself within that context — it is an exposition of their:
cognition
priorities
values
fears
traumas (personal and intergenerational)
social conditioning
biology
and an illumination of our systems, evolution, what it means to be human, the nature of reality, etc…
(and yes, I am thinking about all of this simultaneously).
This type of cognition allows me to see patterns and create solutions that others would never have considered, but it can also feel alien or intimidating to some.
This is why alignment and expectations matter before reaching out to me.
How We Can Collaborate
Y42 — Business Development & Strategy
Whatever is not an asset is a liability.
Through Y42, I connect founders and companies with global business opportunities through my network. I identify the highest-leverage constraints in the business, then redesign the strategy, messaging, commercial systems, and capital pathways required to scale.
This includes:
• Positioning companies so customers, partners, and investors understand the value immediately.
• Building commercial strategy across sales, marketing, partnerships, and business development.
• Structuring offers, sales processes, and buyer journeys to reduce friction and increase conversion.
• Replacing operational bottlenecks with clearer systems of execution.
• Connecting founders with strategic partners and growth opportunities.
Most companies do not fail from lack of effort. They fail from misallocated energy.
Castle Placement — Institutional Capital
I connect companies with institutional investors across private equity, venture capital, family offices, strategic corporates, and global funds, and I hold FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses. Castle Placement is an SEC-registered, FINRA-licensed investment bank that has raised billions for its clients and provides full-service execution from mandate through closing.
This includes:
• Structuring equity, debt, and hybrid raises from Seed to IPO.
• Positioning the company for institutional diligence.
• Crafting an investor narrative that aligns the company’s goals with investor priorities.
Castle operates one of the largest investor networks in private markets, and my role is to navigate founders toward aligned capital partners.
What You Can Expect Me
Respect for time
Time is finite, so I treat it with utmost respect. Every interaction serves a purpose and moves the work forward.
Epistemic clarity
I work from first principles. My focus is structure, patterns and outcomes.
Efficiency
I reduce complexity to foundational levers. My objective is maximum return on effort, whether the constraint is time, capital, or attention.
Commitment to truth
I operate with full candor and clean data. Reality is the starting point, and every decision compounds from there.
High standards
I approach your goals with the same rigor I apply to my own. This means discipline, nuance, creativity, and a focus on building sustainable and scalable solutions.
Grace, professionalism, and respect for your humanity
I have built, failed, rebuilt, and healed. I understand the psychological load founders and executives carry — the responsibility, drive, and the outer and inner battles.
