Collaboration Framework

My approach to Strategy, Capital, and Collaboration.

How I See The World

My cognition is visual, spatial, and structural (a form of synesthesia).

In my mind’s eye, I see multidimensional relationships — distances, hierarchies, and conceptual structures — before translating them into language. When communicating, I chose the layer of analysis that will be most useful to you and synthesize what I see into linear thought.

In practice, this means I track not only the ideas being discussed, but the underlying systems shaping them across micro and macro scales, inherently from first principles.

For example, a person’s word choice is much more than the word itself within that context — it is an exposition of their:

  • cognition

  • priorities

  • values

  • fears

  • traumas (personal and intergenerational)

  • social conditioning

  • biology

  • and an illumination of our systems, evolution, what it means to be human, the nature of reality, etc…

(and yes, I am thinking about all of this simultaneously).

This type of cognition allows me to see patterns and create solutions that others would never have considered, but it can also feel alien or intimidating to some.

This is why alignment and expectations matter before reaching out to me.

How We Can Collaborate

Y42 — Strategy, Persuasion & Growth Architecture

Whatever is not an asset is a liability.

Through Y42, I help founders identify the strategic and commercial constraints preventing their businesses from converting value into growth. I redesign how companies position, communicate, sell, and execute so their resources are directed toward the highest-leverage outcomes.

This includes:

  • Clarifying strategy, positioning, and competitive differentiation.

  • Translating complex ideas into persuasive value propositions and messaging.

  • Structuring offers, pricing, sales processes, and buyer journeys to increase conversion.

  • Strengthening founder-led sales, negotiation, and communication.

  • Replacing operational bottlenecks with clearer priorities, systems, and accountability.

Most companies do not fail from lack of effort. They fail from misallocated energy.

Carta Meridian — Capital, Partnerships & Commercial Expansion

I am building Carta Meridian, a capital advisory and commercial expansion platform connecting the Atlantic and Gulf capital corridors. Launching this fall, Carta Meridian will help companies raise capital while building the partnerships, market access, and commercial infrastructure required to expand globally.

This includes:

  • Structuring equity, debt, and hybrid raises from Seed through IPO.

  • Positioning companies for institutional diligence and investment.

  • Crafting investor narratives that align business objectives with capital-provider priorities.

  • Building cross-border commercial strategies across market entry, partnerships, distribution, and business development.

  • Connecting companies with aligned investors, strategic corporates, customers, and operating partners.

My objective is not simply to help companies raise. It is to help build profitable, sustainable businesses so capital becomes fuel for expansion—not a requirement for survival.

What You Can Expect Me

Respect for time
Time is finite, so I treat it with utmost respect. Every interaction serves a purpose and moves the work forward.

Epistemic clarity
I work from first principles. My focus is structure, patterns and outcomes.

Efficiency
I reduce complexity to foundational levers. My objective is maximum return on effort, whether the constraint is time, capital, or attention.

Commitment to truth
I operate with full candor and clean data. Reality is the starting point, and every decision compounds from there.

High standards
I approach your goals with the same rigor I apply to my own. This means discipline, nuance, creativity, and a focus on building sustainable and scalable solutions.

Grace, professionalism, and respect for your humanity
I have built, failed, rebuilt, and healed. I understand the psychological load founders and executives carry — the responsibility, drive, and the outer and inner battles.
